Their primary mission is to develop an illustrative concept for the Olney Town Center's Master Plan and development guidelines for use by future developers in the town center; and to provide comments to the Maryland-National Capital Parks and Planning Commission's Planning Board on proposed development in the Olney town ceneter. The public is welcome to attend the meetings.

As physical challenges increase, we tend to withdraw from others and from our favorite activities. Our immune system may suffer, and we may increase our risk of depression, falls and injury. During this FREE Living Well Community Seminar, Geriatric Care Manager Cathy Lonas, RN, BSN, MSBA, founder of Advocate 360, LLC, will address these issues as well as possible solutions to social isolation.

The seminar begins at 7 p.m. and will be preceded by a complimentary lite supper at 6:30 p.m. Please RSVP to Toni Davis at 301-924-2811, option 3, or tdavis@bgf.org by February 22.

It meets monthly at the Margaret Schweinhaut Senior Center, 1000 Forest Glen Rd., Silver Spring -Computer Lab, 1:00 - 2:30 pm. $15 contribution to MCSA requested, but not required.
